SECTION 4 — Ecommerce Platforms
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc, Bigcommerce, Inc, and Amazon, Inc. They provide us with the online ecommerce platforms that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through each platform’s respective data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. For each individual policy:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify, Bigcommece or Amazon stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase payment transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us such as order fulfillment.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

cart_sig: enables contents of a cart to be restored when a customer logs in on a new device.
We use Google Analytics to better understand how people use our website, which pages are most frequently visited, and record if advertising is effective or not.
_ga: Google Analytics uses this cookie to distinguish users.
_gat: Google Analytics uses this cookie to throttle the request rate, that is, if we have a lot of traffic it limits the amount of data collected.
_gid: a Google service that associates engagement data from multiple devices and different sessions with unique IDs.
_ut: cookies with this prefix help Google Adwords to determine the number of conversions. This lets us to keep track of how many users click on our advertisments and measure the success of our marketing campaigns. Adwords cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification.
We use MailChimp to manage all our newsletter and marketing subscriptions and the content we send out.
